Jez Carvery (real name Jerry Allen) is a well-known
chef and entertainer on the island of Guernsey. |

| Not only does he turn
out steak done to perfection, but he can blast
out classic songs from Mustang Sally through
to My Girl and have an audience rolling in
the aisles with his funny gags. |

over at The Venture Inn (a traditional Guernsey
